Shipping & Returns Policy
- Deliveries for orders placed by 11 am Monday – Friday will be shipped same day.
- Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
- NOTE: Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been processed.
- The Kuranda Teahouse will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You are entitled to return your product to receive a refund or exchange if your product is either:
- physically damaged
- significantly different from the sample or description.
If the product requires warranty inspection by our suppliers, freight charges may apply. The length of time for warranty repairs does vary, we will however try to keep you informed and up-to-date throughout the process.
- The Kuranda Teahouse reserves the right to decline any returns that do not comply with our store return policy.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you require a return for whatever reason, contact us to request a return of your item.
- We only accept returns if your product is in original condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
